Mailed in entries must be postmarked by September 8, 2006 and received by September 14, 2006. Entries that are inaccurate, damaged, lost, late, illegible, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at or with Sponsors' servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible.
Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to void any and all entries of any entrant who Sponsors believe has attempted to tamper with the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the entry process or the operation of the mobile phone voting mechanism. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsors. No mass entries permitted. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any portion of the Sweepstakes, if it is not capable of completion as planned (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion), including, without limitation, because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. Sponsors reserve the right to award prizes from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the cancellation, suspension, termination, or modification.
In the event of a dispute concerning who registered to participate in the Sweepstakes, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the cell phone submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a cell phone number by a wireless carrier.
Entrants agree that Sponsors will not be responsible or liable for:
" mechanical, human, printing, production, or distribution errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials and may cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify this Sweepstakes based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability; and
" technical, electronic, equipment, hardware, software, cable, telephone or satellite malfunctions of any kind; lost or unavailable network or telephone connections, viruses; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in transmission or communication; or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the Sponsors, the entrant's the mobile phone, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries or administration of the Sweepstakes and/or which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in this Sweepstakes.
2. Eight (8) Potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 15, 2006, and will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within three (3) days of receiving notification, or the prize or notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize, if properly claimed, will be awarded. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Each winner will win one of the featured trend items. Prizes will include a designer top, handbag, sunglasses, jacket, jeans, sneakers, phone case, and personal media viewer, A.R.V $80-$1,500. Total prize A.R.V. of $4,500. Prizes subject to change. Prize of equal or greater value may be substituted at Sponsor discretion.
3. Income and other taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are 14 years or older as of the date of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsors are not eligible to enter.
5. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification.
6. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except at Sponsors' sole discretion. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsors in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
7. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your e-mail address, you grant sponsors the right to send you commercial messages and to share your address with others, unless specified otherwise, as indicated on the entry form.
8. Except where prohibited: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent for the Sponsors and the Released Parties (defined below) to use winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, image, photograph, and biographical data for editorial, advertising, publicity, and trade purposes, and any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known (including, without limitation, the internet) without further compensation, review, permission, or notification; (ii) potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility (including social security number) and Liability/Publicity release. The Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity releases must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt or an alternate winner may be chosen. If a prize is won by a minor in his/her state or residence, it will be awarded in the minor's name to the minor's parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return the documentation. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of the prize to an alternate winner.

Entrants agree that: SPONSORS, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, DISTRIBUTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, DESIGNEES AND ASSIGNS, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASED PARTIES") SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND WILL BE INDEMNIFIED, DEFENDED AND HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS FOR ANY LIABILITY, LOSS, COST, FEES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES), INJURY OR DEATH TO ENTRANT, GUEST(S) OR ANY OTHER PERSON, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO PERSONAL OR REAL PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY REASON OF THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE GRAND PRIZE.
10. NEITHER SPONSORS NOR ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE MADE OR ARE THEY IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE GRAND PRIZE OR THE USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, OR TITLE.
11. By participating, each entrant agrees to not knowingly: damage or cause interruption to the Sweepstakes; or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes violates criminal and/or civil laws. If such an attempt is made, Sponsors may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner.
12. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes an agreement to be bound by the full official rules.
